Helpful Hands

Last weekend at the park by our house, along East Canyon Road, someone broke a lot of glass and it was scattered all over the road. Everyone that drove by the park, including us, were driving in this glass with their car tires. It was a mess and it presented a road hazard, so for Family Night this week our family gathered brooms, shovels and a garbage can and headed out to clean up the mess. We swept, cleaned, laughed and had a lot of fun; when a lot of hands get together it makes the work fun and fast. Justo, one of your Peruvian friends, stopped by and helped us. We had the mess cleaned up in 45 minutes. Now when people drive by the park, they will see a clean road. After all this work, we headed home and made a yummy strawberry shake.
